Multi-unit brownstone condo building in Carroll Gardens was built in 1965. The client was concerned about leaks in the existing window frames. The units also had to be installed outside the load-bearing walls to blend in with the facade. We offered a wooden profile made of Scandinavian pine with aluminum cladding. For the space between the windows, we created special aluminum panels to harmonize the facade of the building. The main facade is adorned with elegant entrance doors and an arched window.
